Revolution Analytic acquired by Mircosoft

On Friday it was announce the Revolution Analytics was acquired by Microsoft. For most people it was just another example of an analytics company being gobbled up by a large software company. For me is was different for two reasons. Although I no longer have any relationship with Revolution Analytics, I am very pleased to have helped found a company that has done so much to support and grow the area of Open Source Analytics. SO much so that a company like Microsoft has found the need to acquire it.

Congratulation to all the members of Revolution both when I was there and those that followed me. You have built a great and important company.
